1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Educational use only; no guarantees

The Site provides free practice questions for general educational purposes. All questions are original and are not official SAT questions. They are not guaranteed to match the content, format, difficulty or scoring of any actual exam. Scores and statistics on the Site are for practice only and do not predict your score on the SAT or any other test.

The Site is not a substitute for official preparation materials, instruction or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you prepare for any exam and for the results of any exam you take.

3. No affiliation

ScoreHigh is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the College Board, ACT, Inc., or any testing organization. SAT is a trademark registered by the College Board. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

4. Accuracy of content

We work to make every question and explanation accurate, but the content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Content is provided for informational purposes and may be changed, corrected or removed at any time without notice. If you think something is wrong, please report it using the link on the question.

5. Our content and your license to use it

The Site and everything on it, including questions, answer choices, explanations, text, design and code, are owned by ScoreHigh or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial study.

You may share a link to the Site or your score using the share button. You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell or distribute questions or explanations, in whole or in part
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to collect content from the Site
• Use Site content to train, fine-tune or build any AI model, dataset or competing service
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose, including tutoring products or paid courses
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or its data
• Use the Site in any way that violates any law

6. Your submissions

If you send us feedback, error reports or suggestions, you grant ScoreHigh a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify and incorporate them for any purpose, with no obligation to you. Don't submit personal or confidential information.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may include third-party tools, such as the Desmos graphing calculator, and links to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party services, content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it, including the daily set, at any time without notice or liability. We don't guarantee that a new set will be available every day or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USING IT WILL IMPROVE ANY TEST SCORE OR ACADEMIC OUTCOME.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOREHIGH AND ITS OWNER, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITY, ADMISSION, SCHOLARSHIP, TEST SCORE OR ACADEMIC OUTCOME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
